Built on our three cultural pillars — Timely, Professional, and Clean — while prioritizing communication throughout the entire process.
I'm Thomas, and I started Window Wranglers in 2025 after working for another student-run window cleaning business that shut down. The company didn't last — but the work stuck with me. I'd built real relationships with hundreds of Auburn homeowners, and being the best part of someone's day became my favorite part of mine. So I started the business I wished I'd been working for.
Window Wranglers runs on three pillars: Timely. Professional. Clean. Show up when we say we will. Treat your home like it's our own. Leave the glass spotless. It's a simple promise, rooted in Christian principles and a real love for the work.
The thread that ties it all together is communication. The crew — four Wranglers right now, all students, all honest and hardworking young men whose integrity shows in their actions and their words — has it drilled into them: keep the customer in the loop, every step. When we're arriving. What we're working on. What's left to do. You should never have to chase us down for an update — and if anything doesn't look how you want, we stay until it does.
And we're not chasing one-and-done jobs. We want real relationships with the people whose homes we step into. Some of my favorite Window Wranglers moments aren't on a ladder — they're grabbing coffee or lunch with a customer afterward, hearing their stories, learning what they care about. We love this town and the people in it, and doing this work the right way is how we get to be part of moving Auburn forward.
When we ride up in western shirts, that's not a costume — it's the whole point. We want Window Wranglers to feel different from any cleaning service you've used. The kind of crew you actually look forward to seeing in your driveway.
