How Window Wranglers handles the info you give us.

The short version: We collect the contact info you give us (name, phone, email, address) only so we can quote and complete your window cleaning job. We don't sell it, share it, or use it for anything else. If you want it deleted, just text us — we'll take care of it.
Who we are
Window Wranglers LLC is a student-run residential window cleaning service based in Auburn, Alabama, serving Auburn, Opelika, and the Lake Martin area. You can reach us at contact@windowranglers.com or (334) 521-6172.
What we collect
When you request a quote, fill out a contact form, or sign up for a service plan, we collect:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- Your service address
- The details of the cleaning you want (home size, service type, plan, notes)
We do not collect any sensitive personal information (like Social Security numbers or financial account details). We don't process payments through this website.
How we use it
Your information is used solely to:
- Generate your quote
- Schedule and complete your service
- Communicate with you about your visit (text updates, confirmations, follow-ups)
- Send occasional service reminders if you've signed up for a recurring plan
We do not sell or rent your data to anyone, ever.
Who has access
Your information is visible to the Window Wranglers team (Thomas and the crew). Form submissions are processed through Google (Apps Script and Sheets) and stored in Rotor, our customer-management system, so we can follow up and schedule your service. These providers' own privacy practices govern how they handle data on our behalf.
Cookies and tracking
We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel on our website to measure how visitors find us (for example, from Facebook or Instagram ads) and whether they request a quote. The pixel may set cookies in your browser and send page-view and conversion data to Meta. Meta's own privacy policy governs how they use that data. We use this only to understand ad performance and improve our marketing — not to sell your information.
You can limit ad tracking in your Facebook account settings or with browser extensions that block tracking pixels.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- See what information we have about you
- Correct anything that's inaccurate
- Have your information deleted from our records
- Opt out of any communication at any time

Children
Our services are for homeowners. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If a parent or guardian believes their child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll change the "Effective" date at the top. We recommend checking back if you have ongoing service with us.
