I'm Thomas, and I started Window Wranglers in 2025 after working for another student-run window cleaning business that shut down. The company didn't last — but the work stuck with me. I'd built real relationships with hundreds of Auburn homeowners, and being the best part of someone's day became my favorite part of mine. So I started the business I wished I'd been working for.

The thread that ties it all together is communication. The crew — four Wranglers right now, all students, all honest and hardworking young men whose integrity shows in their actions and their words — has it drilled into them: keep the customer in the loop, every step. And we're not chasing one-and-done jobs. We want real relationships with the people whose homes we step into. We love this town and the people in it, and doing this work the right way is how we get to be part of moving Auburn forward.

Prices start at $149 per visit on a Quarterly subscription plan, and the average one-time clean runs around $300 depending on home size, window count, and whether you have French panes. The fastest way to get an exact number is our instant quote builder — takes about a minute and shows you a real price.
For exterior-only cleans, no — we just need access to the outside of the home. For interior or full cleans, someone 18+ should be home so we can come inside. Either way, you don't have to hover; we'll text when we arrive and when we're done.
Exterior Only covers the outside of every window — glass scrubbed, frames wiped, sills dusted.
Full Clean is interior + exterior — we get both sides of every window so the light comes pouring in. It's the most dramatic difference and our most popular service.
For a 2,500–3,500 sq ft Auburn home with around 30 windows: about 90 minutes for exterior only, 2–3 hours for a full clean. Larger homes or French panes add time. We'll give you a window when we confirm.
Yes — screen cleaning is available as an add-on to any cleaning. We remove every screen, wash and dry them, then reinstall. You can add it during the quote builder — pricing scales with home size, starting at $40.
Light rain doesn't actually leave streaks on properly cleaned glass — it's the dirt that streaks. But if a storm hits within 7 days of your clean and leaves visible water spots, customers on our Quarterly plan get a free re-clean. One-time and biannual customers can book a touch-up at a discount.
Simple: we don't leave until you're happy. If you notice anything we may have missed — a streak, a smudge, a spot we overlooked — just point it out and we'll take care of it on the spot. No hassle, no follow-up appointment needed. Your satisfaction isn't something we negotiate on.
