Prices start at $149 per visit on a Quarterly subscription plan, and the average one-time clean runs around $300 depending on home size, window count, and whether you have French panes. For exterior-only cleans, no — we just need access to the outside of the home. For interior or full cleans, someone 18+ should be home so we can come inside. Either way, you don't have to hover; we'll text when we arrive and when we're done.

Full Clean is interior + exterior — we get both sides of every window so the light comes pouring in. It's the most dramatic difference and our most popular service.

Light rain doesn't actually leave streaks on properly cleaned glass — it's the dirt that streaks. But if a storm hits within 7 days of your clean and leaves visible water spots, customers on our Quarterly plan get a free re-clean. One-time and biannual customers can book a touch-up at a discount.
